PROGRAM TYPE: Transitional, Scattered Site Housing
RESIDENTS SERVED: 8 Men, Women & Children

Residents must have HIV/AIDS. Residents must be low income and homeless. People taking methadone are eligible for this program.
CLEAN TIME: No Clean Time Requirement
SETTING: Families and individuals find a unit that is the appropriate size for the number in their family and CCA maintains the lease.

-Stabilization Services
-Medication Services
-Transportation to medical appointments
-Food Vouchers
LEASING INFORMATION: Leases are signed with CCA which sublets the apartments to the resident.
