AIDS Watch 2005

AIDS Watch is an annual event that brings together HIV/AIDS consumers from across the country. Consumers meet with their elected officials and speak with them about the HIV/AIDS issues in their home state. This year saw increased commitment from New England HIV/AIDS consumers. In addition to eight consumers from Massachusetts, three consumers each from New Hampshire and Maine traveled to Washington DC and had meetings with all members of their state's congressional delegations and both of their senators. AIDS Watch culminated on May 5, 2005 with a march from the Navy Memorial and a rally at the White House.
