We've retired the paper newsletter and are excited to begin keeping
you updated using an exclusively electronic format. We hope you like
the new look.
Our newsletter will go out every two months, but you can sign up to

Fourth Annual Holiday Party and Fundraiser |

AHC's Annual Holiday Party and Fundraiser will be held at Dedo
Lounge and Bistro in Boston's Park Square on Thursday, December
9th from 6:00 to 8:00PM. Come support AHC in its mission to
end homelessness for people living with HIV and AIDS.

First meeting of United, the Massachusetts Disability Housing
Network |

On October 21, 2004 a group of over 40 people representing more
than 30 agencies came together to discuss housing issues as they
relate to people with disabilities. The goal of this network is to
promote the development and preservation of affordable and
accessible housing options and address homelessness for people
with disabilities through a unified cross-disability coalition.

AHC continues HIV/AIDS housing training series |

AIDS Housing Corporation is pleased to continue the HIV/AIDS
housing training series offered in conjunction with the release of
Achieving Excellence, the revised Standards of Care for HIV
housing programs. Additional information on these trainings, as
well as registration forms, will be sent out to individual program
staff and are available on our website.

AHC partners up to initiate the HomeWork Demonstration Project |

AHC, along with several other organizations, is working to bring
together housing and employment services to 40 disabled
chronically homeless individuals through an innovate new program,
the HomeWork Project.

New Publications

|
In the spring and fall of 2004 AHC released four new publications
for HIV/AIDS housing providers: the revised Standards of Care
for congregate and scattered site housing programs (available in
English or Spanish), an updated HIV/AIDS housing directory
covering all of New England; and a new and updated edition of our
Program Director's Workbook.
