This is our second eNewsletter and we are excited to update you again
using an electronic format.
Our newsletter is sent out every two months. In addition, you can sign

Staff changes at AHC |

AHC saw several staff changes in the latter part of 2004. Anne
Siegler came on as new Project Manager and Matt Noyes was hired as
our Community Advocacy Coordinator to replace Alexis Breiteneicher.
Alexis, after two and a half years at AHC, relocated to Seattle.
Jim Pettinelli, after two years, left AHC to take a position at
Victory Programs as Vice President for Programs.

AHC completes New England wide HOPWA 101 training series |

On January 20, AHC held a day-long HOPWA 101 training session at
the DCI Center in Worcester, Massachusetts, which completed this
training for all of the New England states.

AHC continues HIV/AIDS housing training series |
 |
Rachel Kogan, Training and Evaluation Specialist at AHC, held
two more trainings since our last newsletter. On December 7, 2004,
"Managing Crisis in HIV Housing Programs" was led by two trainers
from JRI health. On January 8, 2005, Rachel led "Outcome Measures
and Evaluation for HIV Supportive Housing Programs" with Dawn
Fukuda, DPH AIDS Bureau. Several more trainings are scheduled for
the upcoming months.

Thank you for making our holiday fundraiser a great success |

AHC's Fourth Annual Holiday Event hosted at Dedo Bistro and
Lounge was a great success. Event-goers turned out in record
numbers this year to support AHC's mission to end homelessness for
people living with HIV and AIDS.

2004 proved to be a very exciting and productive year at AHC. The
team at AHC worked together to produce more publications and
conduct more trainings than ever before as well as continue to
provide direct technical assistance to many funders and providers
of AIDS housing.
