AHC administered the SHARE grant, which funded four programs run by four different agencies: AIDS Action Committee (AAC), Mass Coalition for the Homeless (MCH), Justice Resource Institute (JRI), and Victory Programs, Inc. (VPI). The evaluation for the SHARE program is quite extensive, since its four discreet programs required four discreet sets of outcomes, outcome measures, and goals. Through monthly meetings, survey tools, and quarterly reports, AHC monitored and evaluated the functioning and progress of these programs on an ongoing basis.
