New England HIV/AIDS Supportive Housing Program Directory (2004)
The popular and informative Massachusetts HIV/AIDS Housing Program Directory has been updated and expanded to include all of New England. A Handbook to Help People with HIV Find Housing (2000)
This is a handbook to help people living with HIV/AIDS understand the housing search process in Massachusetts. The handbook should be distributed free of charge to consumers of HIV services who either lack housing or have problems with their current housing. The handbook includes: step by step instructions for conducting a housing search, answers to common questions about housing, explanations of housing options, and phone numbers and contact names. This guide, developed by and for HIV housing advocates, presents tips and ideas on how to confront the challenges of housing advocacy for persons living with HIV. AIDS Housing Needs and Resource Assessment:
Draft Final Report (2007)
This report is a state-wide summary of the housing and service needs of people in Maine living with HIV and AIDS. It is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program. It includes a summary of the epidemiology of the HIV-positive population in Maine, as well as summaries of state and federal housing resources available. The report also chronicles the barriers that consumers face in trying to access housing or services, as well as the unmet housing needs among the HIV-positive population.

State of New Hampshire
AIDS Housing Needs and Resource Assessment:
Draft Final Report (2005)
This report was written in concert with Alison Paglia, Ph.D, from the University of New Hampshire. The report comprehensively examines the housing resources available to persons with HIV and AIDS in New Hampshire in the context of needs identified through focus groups, a survey and key informant interviews. This report will be final upon development of an action plan and approval by HUD.
AHC will be developing an action plan based upon this report in collaboration with New Hampshire HOPWA grantees and sponsors, state officials and other stakeholders.

This in-depth, statewide study examines HIV/AIDS housing resources and the housing-related needs of people living with HIV/AIDS in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This report details what kinds of housing are available to people with HIV/AIDS across the state and where this housing is located, comparing this with epidemiological, focus group and other information to map out need at both the state and local levels. It also describes best practices for housing underserved populations such as HIV-positive people with histories of chronic homelessness, mental illness, substance use and incarceration. It should be useful for planners, providers, government officials, consumers, and others involved in HIV/AIDS housing.
